The price includes three 28ft x 38ft marquees, one 28ft x 28ft marquee, connecting gutters, carpet, tables, chairs, up lights, pea lights and silk ivy decoration round all the arches, extra large dance floor, stage, 6% insurance and vat@ 20%. There is room for a further 50 seated guests.

Summer Ball layout for 250 guests with a catering marquee and extra large black and white dance floor.
The price includes four 28ft x 38ft marquees, a 20ft x 20ft catering marquee, connecting gutters, carpet, tables, chairs, up lights, pea lights and silk ivy decoration round all the arches, extra large black and white dance floor, stage, 6% insurance and vat @ 20%.
The area needed is 86ft x 98ft.

Summer Ball layout for 450 guests with reception marquee, double dance floor, stage and large bar area.
The price includes seven 28ft x 38ft marquees (one for catering), one 28ft x 28ft reception marquee, connecting gutters, carpet, tables, banqueting chairs, up lights, pea lights and silk ivy decoration round all the arches, two large dance floors, stage, 6% insurance and vat @ 20%.
