A lot of people love the idea of an outdoor wedding, but in Britain, it can be a very daunting idea. What if it rains? What if it’s too windy? What if it’s too hot and everyone gets sunburn? Well, why not have the best of both worlds with our wedding marquees and tipis. Our marquee hire and tipi hire services mean that you can have an outdoor wedding in comfort, without the worry of leaks, draughts and temperamental British weather. 48 Guest TIPI

This is a typical layout for 48 guests with rustic table and bench seating and dance floor.

he price includes single Tipi, carpet, rustic tables and benches, up & down lights, fairy lights on all the side poles and a small dance floor with room for a bar or buffet.

60 guest marquee

From £2,250 inc. VAT

This is a typical wedding layout for 60 guests including a top table.

The price includes two 28ft x 38ft marquees side by side, connecting gutters, carpet, tables, chairs, up lights, pea lights and silk ivy decoration round all the arches, a large dance floor, room for a bar, buffet and disco or band and 6% insurance.

The area needed is 57ft x 39ft

70 guests

From £2,700 inc. VAT

This is a typical wedding layout for 70 guests with a top table, buffet and catering marquee.

The price includes two 28ft x 38ft marquees and a 20ft x 20ft marquee for catering, connecting gutters, carpet, tables, chairs, up lights, pea lights, silk ivy decoration round the arches, a large dance floor with space for a disco or band and 6% insurance. There is room for a further 20 seated guests.

The area needed is 78ft x 39ft.

80 guests + CHill out

From £3,875 inc. VAT

This is a typical wedding layout for 80 guests with top table, buffet, room for a disco or band and a chill out area with bar.

The price includes two 28ft x 38ft marquees, one 28ft x 28ft marquee, connecting gutters, carpet, tables, chairs, up lights, pea lights and silk ivy decoration round all the arches, large dance floor, rattan sofa's and chairs, tall plants and 6% insurance.

The area needed is 57ft x 67ft.

90 Guest TIPI

From £4,200 inc. VAT

This is a typical layout for 90 guests with a top table, dance floor and fire pit.

The price includes 2 Tipis connected, carpet, tables and chivari lime washed chairs, up & down lights, fairy lights on all the side poles, a large dance floor and fire pit.

140 guest tipi

From £6,150 inc. VAT

This is a typical wedding layout for 140 guests including a top table.

The price includes 3 Tipis connected, carpet, tables and chivari lime washed  chairs, up & down lights, fairy lights on all the side poles,  a large dance floor and fire pit and 6% insurance.

The area needed is 57ft x 39ft

150 guests + Chillout

From £6,085 inc. VAT

This is a typical wedding layout for 150 guests with a top table, buffet, catering marquee, and chill out area with room for a bar.

The price includes four 28 x 38ft marquees and a 19 x 19ft catering marquee, connecting gutters, tables, chairs, carpets, lighting, fairy lights and ivy garlands round all the arches, dance floor, stage, rattan furniture and 6% damage waiver.

The area needed is 106ft x 78ft.

 FAQs

  • Anything really. They are ideally suited for Weddings, Summer Balls, Birthday & Aniversary Celebrations, Garden Parties & Corporate Events.

  • The answer depends on whether your guests are standing or formally seated. Our most popular marquee (28ft x 38ft) seats 80. When we join marquees together additional seating space is created. Our style of marquee can readily accommodate 500 seated guests.

  • The side walls are included in the price and, given our unpredicatable weather, we always attach them. If you want the alfresco feel they are very easily rolled up to make the arch fully open.

  • Almost always yes. If the ladies are wearing stiletto heels or if its wet then the carpet is a must!

  • That depends on the time of year. In April, May, early June, September and October the nights can be cool and you probably would need some heat - please ask for a quote.

  • Yes you can, but under no circumstances can anything be stuck to the marquee or side wall fabric or any marker used. Candles are fine as long as they are in a container.

  • Yes we do - please ask for a quote.

  • Generally speaking they are set up on grass. It is possible to set them up on flags or block paving as long as there is someone to remove the flags or blocks where the mooring plates are staked to the ground.

  • We set up Wednesday to Friday and take down Sunday to Tuesday. Mid week events are by agreement.

  • 5ft circular tables seat up to 10, 4ft circular tables up to 6 and 6ft trestle and 2m rustic tables can seat 8.
